De invloed van suiker op je lijf<\/h3>\n

Na het eten van suiker krijg je een piek in je bloedsuikergehalte. Na die piek volgt weer een dal, als de suiker is opgenomen of opgeslagen.<\/p>\n

Daarna ga je je weer wat minder fit voelen en je krijgt weer trek in iets zoets: frisdrank, snoep etc.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Als je de hele dag door veel snelle koolhydraten binnenkrijgt, zoals in zoetwaren, koek en snoep en via frisdrank, kan het zijn dat je cellen resistent raken voor insuline, het hormoon dat de suiker in je cellen toelaat. Dan blijft de suiker in je bloed zitten. Dit kan op de lange termijn leiden tot diabetes type 2. Dat is overigens echt wat anders dan diabetes type 1.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Eet dus niet te vaak en niet te veel suiker en zoet. Betere voedingsstoffen en brandstoffen zijn de langzame koolhydraten.<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
