Eet bewust<\/h3>\n

Als je afgeleid bent, is het heel moeilijk om te luisteren naar de signalen die je lichaam geeft. Dit geldt ook voor signalen van je lichaam tijdens het eten.<\/p>\n

Bijvoorbeeld als je onbewust eet tijdens je werk of andere bezigheden, of als je zit te snacken of snoepen voor de TV.\u00a0 <\/span>Als je eet denk er dan eens over na wat je eet en wat er in zit, waarom je eet, of je echt trek had of omdat het lekker is.<\/p>\n

Als je met aandacht eet, verteert je voeding beter en voorkom je dat je te veel eet, terwijl je eigenlijk helemaal geen trek meer hebt.<\/p>\n
