Door je bewust te worden van je eigen eetgedrag kun je prima mee blijven doen. Maar dan wel bewust en gedoseerd.<\/span><\/p>\n

Door enkele dagen een eet -en beweegdagboek bij te houden kijken we samen naar zaken die je wilt en k\u00e1n aanpassen. Gedragsverandering duurt gemiddeld zo\u2019n 60 dagen. Dus laat je niet ontmoedigen. Daarna wordt het een gewoonte. Jouw gewoonte.<\/span><\/p>\n

Vaak is de oplossing om niet alleen producten weg te laten, maar ze te vervangen door gezonde en smakelijke alternatieven. Ik help je op weg door samen te kijken naar jouw voorkeur voor smaak en voeding en waar je goede alternatieven kunt vinden. De portiegrootte kunnen we ook geleidelijk aanpassen. Dat gebeurt stapsgewijs. Honger hoef je nooit te hebben.
